Welcome to Zeezoo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by your country) and provide accurate information.
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You own the content you post. You grant Zeezoo a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content to the people you choose within the app. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.
You agree NOT to post or send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, violent, spam, or otherwise objectionable, and NOT to impersonate others or abuse other users. There is ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
Every post and profile has a Report option, and you can Block any user. When content or a user is reported, we review it and take action — including removing content and suspending or permanently banning users — typically within 24 hours. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Only post content you own or have the right to share. If you believe content on Zeezoo infringes your copyright, send a notice to service@zeezoo.app with: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) a link to or description of the material you say is infringing; (d) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and (f) your signature (electronic is fine). We remove infringing material promptly and terminate repeat infringers’ accounts. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.
If we remove your content or suspend your account and you believe we got it wrong, email service@zeezoo.app and we will review the decision.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.
Zeezoo is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
